The Police Department
 
The Police Department has the following positions;
 
Patrol Officer
State Police
Dispatcher
N.O.O.S.E (Coming soon)
F.I.B (Coming Soon)
 
 
The Police Department
 
As a member of the San Andreas Police Department, all employees are subject to maintaining and following all rules set forth by the San Andreas Simulator Admins.
 
1.1
- All active duty patrol officers must maintain a dress code. This dress code includes but is not limited to;
 
Tucked in Black or Blue short sleeved shirts
Black suit pants or track pants (Must not be skinny or saggy!)
Black Boots
 
Under specific circumstances the following may be worn;
 
Ear Pieces (Use to easily make contact when a radio is not available on your person
Standard Body Armor (In a shots fired situation these may be worn)
Ear Defenders (In a shots fired situation these may be worn)
Gun Range Glasses (In a shots fired situation these may be worn)
 
1.2
-All active duty patrol officers must have a road-worthy vehicle. This includes but is not limited to;
 
All doors must be fully accessible and present
All windows must be in usable condition
All taillights must be in usable condition
All headlights must be in usable condition
Any and all added lights must be in usable condition
Sirens must produce the correct noise
Hoods and Trunks must be present
(Exceptions to rule 1.2 is when in a pursuit and your vehicle takes damage upon an impact)
 
1.3
-All active duty patrol officers must have the following gear on their person
 
Combat Pistol (Flashlight is not included, no paint)
Night Stick
Stun Gun
Flashlight
Breathalyzer Test
Radio (More on this below)
Badge of Identification
Handcuffs
 
(Exceptions come in certain situations)
 
1.4
-All active duty patrol officers must know these codes
 
10-2 (Requesting backup, no sirens or lights)
10-3 (Requesting backup, sirens and lights)
10-4 (Affirmative/ Situation under control)
10-5 (Tell someone, specify who)
10-6 (Busy unless urgent)
10-7 (Off duty)
10-8 (On duty)
10-9 (Repeat)
10-40 (Look up)
10-50 (Car accident)
 
(Crimes committed are to be said, not used in code)
 
1.5
-All active duty patrol officers must know the difference between the following
 
Citation
Fix-it Ticket
Felony
Misdemeanor
 
 
Failure to follow will result in;
 
Termination
Suspension
Fines
